The Guardian-Electronics.com Store, wants you to be satisfied with product performance and product durability. That is why all products that are categorized under our 12 month warranty are guaranteed to be free of breakage, under reasonable condition, within the time period of one year from the date of purchase. If for some reason your merchandise is damaged due to defects in materials or manufacturer workmanship, your product will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Guardian-Electronics.com may choose to furnish either a replacement or provide a refund.
There are no deductibles or hidden fees in obtaining warranty service. Return shipping charges are, however, the responsibility of the customer. While there is no charge for shipping the repaired/replacement product(s) to you within the continental U.S., the customer WILL be responsible for return shipping charges for repaired/replacement product(s) shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Internationally.
All products that are returned to us for repair require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by contacting Guardian-Electronics.com Tech Support Team during their regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Your RMA number will need to be displayed on the outside of your shipping box. This will avoid any potential delays to your repair. We recommend that your return shipment to be insured and shipped with a tracking number. Guardian Electronics, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please note that products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under our 12 month warranty plan.
Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions and or products that are tested and found not to be defective will be returned to the customer at their expense and cost.
In the event that a product needs repair after one year from the date of purchase, Guardian-Electronics.com can assist in having items repaired by the manufacturer or a suitable repair facility if possible. However, the customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling in the event.
Limited warranties apply to batteries, transformers, and wire. Although these items are brand new and should perform as expected, there is no warranty.
Some of our products, can only be covered under a 3 month warranty. Any issues that arise with your product after the 3 month period should be taken up directly with the product manufacturer.
In addition, clearance Items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to receive store credit from Guardian Electronics, Inc. or a refund. To return a defective item please follow the return shipping instructions stated above.
