Guardian Electronics, inc. offers Bai barcode decals or sticker for your vehicle in 56 different colors, which is useful for color matching or color-coding parking areas. For an unobtrusive (almost invisible on tinted windows) decal, our popular black-on-black label is the answer. Once properly attached to the car window, the decals or sticker will not be lost or loaned, and Barcode Automation readers cannot read photographs or photocopies of labels.

Specialty Decals

In addition to our standard decal Barcode Automation has labels for special uses:

A larger decal, measuring 7″ tall and 3.75″ wide for use on large vehicles, such as delivery trucks, big-rigs, or heavy equipment. These decals have a read range of up to 12′.

Decals on handheld cards, ideal for use as temporary access passes for rental vehicles. Also useful for classic or antique show vehicles and motorcycles.

Decals with a magnetic backing which are easy to use on vehicles allowed temporary access.

Creating a Custom Decal

Creating a custom barcode decal sounds complicated but it’s really painless. With our BAi Custom Decal Templates, which contain easy-to-use design patterns, you can create something that is truly unique. There are several different template sizes to choose from. Use the smallest decal size that will hold your logo and/or text. You may only use two colors, one stripe color and one background color. See the color chart on our barcode page for options.

Size Options

Standard 3.7″ x 2.5″

This template is for a single line of text only. The decal ID number is 5 digits and must fit on the line along with any custom text. (sample on right).

Standard size custom BAi barcode decal

Medium 3.7″ x 3.0″

This template offers a ½ inch wide area for logo and/or text. The decal ID number is 5 digits and must fit in the area along with any custom logo and/or text (sample on right).

Medium size custom BAi barcode decal

Large 3.7″ x 3.5″

This template offers a 1 inch wide area for logo and/or text. The decal ID number is 5 digits and must fit in the area along with any custom logo and/or text (sample on right).

Large size custom BAi barcode decal

Extra Large 3.7″ x 4.0″

This template offers a 1-½ inch wide area for logo and/or text. The decal ID number is 5 digits and must fit in the area along with any custom logo and/or text (sample on right).

BAi Barcode Custom Decals or BAi Vehicle Stickers are used in combination with BAi barcode reader and an Access control system  to grant access to cars into gated parking lots, they can be use in parking management system, Access Control, to control Gated Communities Access, and more. This Bai barcode Custom decals could be customized by adding site name or logos.

Once properly attached to the vehicle window, the decals will not be lost or loaned, and Barcode Automation readers cannot read photographs or photocopies of labels.

BAi Barcode Custom Decals cannot be lost or shared. BAi Readers will not read photographs, photocopies or digital images of the Decal. The Decals use a waterproof adhesive that lasts up to 5 years, with a 2-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. After the decal is applied, it is difficult to remove intact and usually must be scraped off in pieces.

We offer a Decal design service, making it easy to customize your Decals with special features such as a name or logo. Great for additional branding or to specify an authorization type such as Employee / Student or Owner / Renter.

For the safety of larger vehicles, we make large decals which can be read from further away. These ensure School Buses, RVs, Trailers and other large vehicles have enough space to safely clear the gated entrance.

BAi offers two specialty decals for temporary use – Magnetic and Hand-Held (photo below). Hand-Held decals are useful when renting a car or in situations where applying a permanent BAi Barcode Decal is undesirable. Our Magnetic Decals are easy-to-use, easy-to-remove (just take it off) and will not damage expensive paints or finishes.
